   Booking & Eligibility

​

• All performances, including the Free Performance tier, are subject to prior review and approval by the Unplugg Voices team.

• Artists applying for the free tier will be contacted if selected; we reserve the right to decline any submission based on creative direction or event curation needs.

• Paid bundles must be booked in advance. Recording slots typically last up to 2 hours per artist.

Filming & Photography

​

• Camera Setup:

  • Free Tier: No footage or audio delivery.

  • Tier 1: Single static camera (filming entire performance).

  • Tier 2: Two static camera angles (filming entire performance).

  • Tier 3: Three camera angles — two static (full performance) and one handheld/personal angle (30–50% of performance time).

• Photography: Between 6 to 20 professionally edited images captured from various angles during the performance.

• Audio Recording: Pristine audio is recorded during the session and synced with video content. No re-recording is offered unless an error occurs on our end.

Editing & Delivery

​

• Minimal editing is included for standing mic videos (trim, color correction, basic synch).

• Final videos will be synced with the live-recorded audio, with no heavy post-production or performance retakes unless explicitly agreed upon.

• Standing mic segments are shot in two preset locations, selected based on lighting and vibe.

Audio Submission (for Booking)

​

• Artists booking paid bundles are required to submit audio materials or references ahead of the session to assist with preparation and tech setup.

• Failing to deliver audio material 3 days before the event will cancel the slot, and no refunds will be available.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

​

• Full refund available for cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled session.

• 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 to 29 days before the session.

• No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date.

• Cancellations must be requested in writing via email or the booking platform.

Usage Rights

• Unplugg Voices retains the right to share selected content (visual or audio) on its platforms for promotional purposes.

• Artists will be credited and tagged where applicable.

• Artists are free to use the final delivered content for personal promotion, portfolios, or EPKs.
